In 2004–2007 he worked for the Government Legislative Center as an expert in regional policy, transport, energy, telecommunications, and real estate. In 2008–2013 he was in charge of legal affairs in PKP Cargo S.A. In 2014–2015 he was responsible for legal affairs in the Polish Armaments Group. In 2015–2018 he served as Director– BoM Representative for Legal Affairs and Ownership Supervision and Director–BoM Representative for Real Estate in PKP S.A. He is an active legal adviser. His areas of expertise cover market regulation affairs, notably transport. He co-authored the commentary to the Act on rail transport. He attends the Legal Doctoral Seminar at the Kozminski University in Warsaw, where he serves also as a lecturer.
