In the past, she worked for the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM) and Polish energy businesses.

Filip Ostrowski, Ph.D.

Ph.D. in Law. He holds Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in Law from the Jagiellonian University. A graduate of Law and Management, University of Aberdeen (United Kingdom). He gained professional experience in an international law desk in Warsaw and then as a manager in the Polish Oil and Gas Company. He now serves as Director of the Bureau for the Reform of Ownership Supervision at the Ministry of State Assets. He has an extensive experience in being a member of supervisory boards. Author of publications in company law and sector regulations.

Deputy Director of the Supervision Department at the Ministry of State Assets in charge of corporate governance in companies where the State is a shareholder. She has many years of expertise in developing solutions for ownership supervision and corporate governance and implementing them into capital companies. In the past she worked in the Ministry of the Treasury, the Ministry of Energy, and the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology where she was responsible for ownership policy, remunerating board members in state-controlled companies, sponsoring, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). She was in charge of economic and financial analyses into state-run businesses. A graduate of administration and capital companies, University of Warsaw and Warsaw School of Economics.

Ewa Amzel

A graduate of Law, Catholic University of Lublin, and doctoral studies at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Poland. She completed postgraduate studies in strategic audit at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, University of Warsaw, and postgraduate management studies at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. Certified Executive Master of Business Administration. She is duly entitled to perform internal audit procedures in state agencies. She has years-long experience in working for state and local administration agencies. She serves as Deputy Director in the First Department of Ownership Supervision in the Ministry of State Assets. Her top priority tasks included ownership supervision of state-controlled companies, also those of strategic significance to the state economy. She assists mergers and acquisitions.

Przemysław Ciszak

Legal adviser, legislator, and member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the National Chamber of Legal Advisers. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and Birmingham University (United Kingdom). He holds postgraduate diploma in Intellectual Property Law, University of Warsaw. He is a certified tax advisor. In 2004–2007 he worked for the Government Legislative Center as an expert in regional policy, transport, energy, telecommunications, and real estate. In 2008–2013 he was in charge of legal affairs in PKP Cargo S.A. In 2014–2015 he was responsible for legal affairs in the Polish Armaments Group. In 2015–2018 he served as Director– BoM Representative for Legal Affairs and Ownership Supervision and Director–BoM Representative for Real Estate in PKP S.A. He is an active legal adviser. His areas of expertise cover market regulation affairs, notably transport. He co-authored the commentary to the Act on rail transport. He attends the Legal Doctoral Seminar at the Kozminski University in Warsaw, where he serves also as a lecturer.
