On February 28, 2020, members of the Expert Group on Reforming Disclosure Requirements in Capital Companies held their first meeting. In opening remarks, Michał Romanowski, Ph.D., devised the main lines for the Group.
At the meeting, members of the Group identified top priorities, thus adding more content to the initial concept.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Janusz Kowalski, Secretary of State at the Ministry of State Assets and Government Plenipotentiary for the Reform of Ownership Supervision over State-Owned Companies.
