Members of the Expert Group on Increasing Effectiveness of Supervisory Boards met for the second time on February 27, 2020.
In his opening remarks, Radosław L. Kwaśnicki, Ph.D., thanked all who contributed into devising commentaries and analyses into the proposed amendments. Then the attendees referred their earlier arrangements in a lively debate. Specialists referred to suggested amendments to some provisions, thus exchanging their expertise in this respect.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Janusz Kowalski, Secretary of State at the Ministry of State Assets and Government Plenipotentiary for the Reform of Ownership Supervision over State-Owned Companies.
