A meeting of the Expert Group on Reforming Commercial Law, which is another group of experts within the Committee to Reform Ownership Supervision, was held this morning.
University of Silesia Professor Piotr Pinior, Ph.D., devised the main lines of the Committee and the task schedule for the Group, asking its members to delineate the main premises of commercial law they seek to tackle first. Group members are supposed to discuss top points and suggest possible solutions in the course of the next meeting.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Janusz Kowalski, Secretary of State at the Ministry of State Assets and Government Plenipotentiary for the Reform of Ownership Supervision over State-Owned Companies, and University of Silesia Professor Mirosław Pawelczyk, Ph.D., in charge of the Advisory Group
