The Committee to Reform Ownership Supervision was established on February 10, 2020, within the Ministry of State Assets on the initiative of Mr. Janusz Kowalski, Government Plenipotentiary for the Reform of Ownership Supervision over State-Owned Companies. The Committee submitted a raft of amendments to Polish commercial law.
